These mats are 3-Ply construction consisting of one (1) layer of needle-punch polypropylene, one (1) layer of oil only meltblown polypropylene, and a poly backing to prevent seepage. Use the 19” wide rolls for the outside of the tracks, and use the 57” wide roll for in between the tracks.
Recommended application – absorb oils, fuels, and other hydrocarbons in rail yards.
